By booking a swim session with Canine Retreat, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All dogs must be up-to-date with core vaccinations (including parvovirus, distemper, and canine hepatitis).
Dogs showing signs of illness (vomiting, diarrhea, kennel cough, etc.) must not attend and may be turned away at the door.
Aggressive or reactive dogs must be disclosed in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service if safety is a concern.

Owners must supervise their dog(s) at all times unless otherwise stated by staff.
You are responsible for your dog’s behavior, welfare, and safety during their time at our facility.
Any mess made by your dog must be cleaned up immediately using the provided facilities.

Dogs swim at their own risk. While every precaution is taken to provide a safe environment, swimming can be physically demanding.
Please consult with your vet before booking if your dog has any medical condition, injury, or is pregnant.
For senior or physically limited dogs, sessions may be adapted, but risk cannot be fully eliminated.

No food or treats in or near the pool.
Owners may swim with their dogs but must make us aware upon booking.
Dogs must be rinsed off before entering the pool if visibly muddy or dirty.
Dogs must not be forced into the pool. We promote positive, stress-free experiences only.

Sessions must be booked in advance.
Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions with no refund.
No-shows are charged at full price.

We may take photos or videos during sessions for marketing purposes. Please let us know in advance if you prefer your dog not be photographed.

We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage unless caused by proven negligence.
You are financially responsible for any damage your dog causes to the premises or equipment.
We accept no liability for injury or damage caused by your dog to another dog, person, or property while using our facilities.
You remain solely responsible for your dog’s behaviour and any consequences thereof.
We do not provide insurance cover for incidents involving your dog. It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate third-party liability insurance in place.

By attending a session, you acknowledge that swimming and physical activity carry inherent risks, and you accept full responsibility for your dog’s participation.
You voluntarily accept full responsibility for your dog’s participation and agree that you assume all associated risks
We accept no liability for any injury, illness, stress, or death of your dog arising from participation, unless caused by our proven negligence.
You understand and agree that while we take all reasonable precautions to ensure safety, it is your responsibility to determine whether your dog is fit and suitable to participate.
You release us from any liability arising from incidents involving your dog during or after their use of our facilities, to the fullest extent permitted by UK law.
