We understand that life happens—but to keep our schedule running smoothly and fairly for all clients, the following refund and cancellation policies apply:
📅 Cancellations:
24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any swim session.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled at no charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
No-shows will be charged in full with no refund or credit.
⏰ Late Arrivals:
Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, as we must stay on schedule.Refunds will not be issued for missed time due to late arrival.
💳 Refunds:
Refunds (when applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.Packages or multi-session bookings are non-refundable once started, but individual sessions may be rescheduled with sufficient notice.
🐶 Session Cancellations by Us:
If we need to cancel a session due to weather, maintenance, or staff availability, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.
💡 Special Circumstances:
We aim to be understanding. If you have an emergency or illness, please contact us as soon as possible—we may be able to make an exception at our discretion.
